These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the qrpay44 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the qrpay44 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Operator may close all associated accounts and void any balances therein upon detection of duplicate account usage.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qrpay44 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.3 The Operator shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including losses arising from credential sharing or account compromise caused by the Player's own negligence.

3.5 The Operator reserves the right to lock or temporarily suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. The Player will be notified of any such action via their registered email address.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. qrpay44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banking channels as made available on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
4.2 Deposit Conditions. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful receipt and confirmation by our payment processors. qrpay44 does not accept third-party deposits. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is RM30, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer. The Operator reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with notice on the Platform.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) compliance with applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) verification that the withdrawal method is registered in the account holder's name. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Processing Times. qrpay44 targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for approved requests via DuitNow and e-wallet methods. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required. The Operator does not guarantee specific processing times.
4.6 Currency. All account balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR. qrpay44 does not apply currency conversion charges to MYR transactions.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account shall be deemed dormant if no login activity is recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. The Operator may apply a dormancy fee of RM10 per month to dormant accounts following written notification to the account holder's registered email. Real-money balances remaining in dormant accounts are protected for a minimum period consistent with the Operator's licensing obligations.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by qrpay44 are subject to the specific Terms & Conditions published with each individual promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between general bonus provisions and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Game Contributions. For the purpose of bonus wagering rollover, game contributions are as follows unless otherwise stated: slots — 100%; live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger) — 10%; sportsbook — 20%; other games — as specified in individual promotion terms.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus credits not used within the expiry period, and any winnings derived therefrom, will be forfeited automatically.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is identified, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; wagering patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play; and using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine recreational gambling intent.

6.1 All games and sports markets available on the qrpay44 Platform are governed by the rules published within the respective game interface or sportsbook section. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with applicable game rules before placing any wager.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. The Operator reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure affecting a game session or live casino table, qrpay44 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant account. 6.6 Void Bets. A wager may be voided where it was placed on an event that did not take place, where the event was cancelled, or where the wager was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets have their stakes returned to the Player's account balance.

9.1 All content appearing on the qrpay44 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphical elements, game interfaces, software, text, and structural layout — is the property of the Operator or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 Any unauthorised use of qrpay44 intellectual property — including screen-scraping, systematic data extraction, and reproduction of the Platform design — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
10.1 The qrpay44 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of data.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Operator's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.5 Gambling involves financial risk. All wagers are placed at your own risk. qrpay44 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return from use of the Platform.
11.1 The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
11.2 Upon closure of an account for reasons other than those involving financial crime, fraud, or breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
11.3 You may close your qrpay44 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any eligible balance will be returned via your registered payment method.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the qrpay44 Platform, you are required to first contact the qrpay44 support team to attempt resolution. The Operator will acknowledge formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and aims to provide a final response within thirty (30) days.

13.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require.
